Album Notes
Stephen Foster & Howler have been recording albums for 17 years. The core group has been the same for 11 years, featuring Steve on keys & guitars along with lead vocals; Jay Jernigan on multiple guitars, but mostly known for his slide work, and Jay has sung several tracks on past albums; J.R. (Junior) Byrd on 6-string bass, an exceptional bassist who regularly takes lead sections ala Victor Wooten, J.R. played bass for Jerry Lee Lewis for 10 years in the 90s on the Cavalcade of Stars European tours, sharing concert space with Little Richard and Travis Wammack; John Tombyll is on kit, a veteran Muscle Shoals session and live player.

SF&Howler have garnered 10 charted hit singles, 4 charted albums, 2 CMA nominations, 2 AMA nominations, and one MSMA nomination in the last 10 years. The band is based out of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and has their own reality TV show "Live From Muscle Shoals" on The Gravody Channel on Apple TV. SF&H play private filmed concerts nationwide.
