ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Influenced by great Canadian bands like the Barenaked Ladies, the Waltons, and the Skydiggers, Steve's music speaks to how songs can be catchy and rhymic while being simple and smart.
Some songs are more autobiographical than others, but most have a hint of truth and a lot of fiction or universality built in. There is usually a sense of connecting with some basic human emotions through a story or situation.
This album of "folk-rock" material spans over a decade's worth of writing.
