ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Artist suffered a spinal cord injury @25years old on August 8, 2007 during a motocross practice session. This injury left him a quadriplegic. Meaning impairment in all four limbs. With a lot of hard work and therapy he was able to regain movement in his arms well enough to propel a manual wheelchair. Very established guitar player before the injury. With that came the creation of a table to hold a guitar like a lap steel but allow a wheelchair to be underneath it. Still without any sensation or muscle dexterity in the hands he was able to create with therapist, family&friends A modified slide that attaches to & around his left hand with Velcro. To manipulate the strings more individually they modified thumb pick by attaching another pic to it that hangs down further than The original thumb pick. Tuning the guitar to open tunings allows him to bar different fretts to play different chords/notes. The material he chose to apply to the bottom of the slide adds a very warm tone like skin. He also performs harmonica in a couple of the tracks. He is able to do that by using a hands-free harmonica holder. Vocal sounds have been compared to Country artists as well as rock performers. Deep rich sounding vocal melodies throughout the album. With sprinkles of mid range and higher notes. The artist is hired to play parties, theaters, bars, and other music festivals. Constantly evolving with recording as well as live performances. Mostly performs solo but also is involved with a few other projects with bands and other musicians. He is also currently recording another Album.
