Album Notes
Having the unique style of such Windham Hill artists as William Ackerman and Alex Degrassi, Steve Sosa's guitar playing is also mixed with a touch of Jimmy Page's (Led Zeppelin) and Steve Howe's (Yes) acoustic style. Steve's melodies paint beautiful pictures in your mind while still being able to capture the imagination of all aspiring guitarists.

After years of playing coffee houses and dreaming of making an album, Steve has finally made his dream come true with his debut album "Day's End", released on Rhythm Signal Records & Productions.

One listener, Kathy, described "Day's End" best before she even knew the name of the album. "This is something I would listen to at the end of the day when I'm sitting on my front porch watching the sunset."

Special guests appearing on this album are Nathan Diekman on cello, Thomas (from the band Rhythm Signal) on percussion and Jason (also from Rhythm Signal) on fretless and six string bass.

What can I say
People might consider this review biased because I was involved with this cd, but actually my involvement shows how much I love Steve's music. I wouldn't have worked with Steve if I didn't think his stuff was magical. Day's End has a wonderful combination of being atmospheric and new agey (is that a word?) while also being down to earth and folksy. My personal favorite song off the cd is "Peace" but all of the songs are wonderful. I think a good example of the power of Steve's music is the fact that this cd is played in various massage and physical therapy businesses during sessions to relax their clients.

Love it!
Very mellow and's great for me to listen to at the end of the day before bed to wind down. To me there is something comfortingly familiar about the sound, yet it's original at the same time. I think the CD is a must have for any collection.

"Bad Batch"...I loved the music, but the last track was overpowered by this horrible scratching and hissing noise..Unfortunately I bought 4 to give as gifts and all 4 were defected.

Relaxing and pleasant to listen to
The CD is great for relaxing & resting, & pleasant to listen to. If you buy CDs for that reason, like I do, this is a very good one to add to your collection.

Incredible technique and lyrical ability here. I recommend it!
This music is what we need to hear more of today. Steve's relationship with the guitar comes naturally. Steve is a born musician with no formal training - very rare and unique. This CD can bring down one's blood pressure as well as inspire lovely thoughts and imaginings. Love it!

Relaxing with a 40 oz of Old English
This CD is very tasteful. It brings relaxation, thought, and a soft mood to mind. It takes me to another place in the past and in the future, that I will never forget and I am ready to welcome. I look forward to Mr. Sosa's next album. For everyone who has not experienced "Day's End" do so.

Peace, Love, and Tranquility

Beautiful music!
This album has such a great flow and really relaxes me without putting me to sleep. All of the songs sound awesome and Steve's guitar playing is absolutely beautiful. I love the song "Piece" with Nathan's cello playing - it really sounds great and the cello just adds so much to the song. All in all, the entire album is wonderful and I always recommend it to people.
