Album Notes
"I acquired a 1930’s upright piano for free on Craigslist and somehow managed to hoist it up to my third floor apartment. We set it up in the living room and this is where I wrote most of these songs. That was three years ago, and between touring with the band and releasing three new albums with them, buying a house, becoming a Dad, and a million other things these songs just sat on a hard drive collecting dust. I finally got around to finishing them up and it’s a relief to put a capstone on them and free my mind to write new music and I’ve already started recording two new solo records."
