Reworking the Clone

by Stewards Eclectric

ECLECTRIC. Not in the dictionary. Yet. “Widely varied, energetically charged.” What genre? We’re all over the map. Occasionally, we’re off the map, and this one is modern rock from the outer perimeter.

Album Notes
REWORKING THE CLONE: a guitar-laden 3-minute instrumental from deep space with asteroidal Spike Jones treatment. And with good reason: the clone needs some work...

This is the 2017 SINGLE version, itself reworked, remixed and remastered – and is significantly uptweaked compared to its first release on the “Ridin’, Drivin’, Wakan…” album in 2010.

PERSONNEL: Steve Steward – composer, arranger, bass, trombone; Paul Johnson – guitars; Fingers Arachnid – Hammond organ; Billy Kelley – drums; Ludwig Von Slingerland – percussion; Thaler N. Shorter – tenor and soprano saxophones; Lovecchio Armitage – trumpet; Toots Headstrong – assorted brass horns; Sings Two Bears – extra audio effects; Clay Pooch – barkage. Engineered by Morey Polfuss; mixes by Manual “Two-Hands” Realtime.
