ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Pee-Vee Records was operated out of Lancaster, Pa. by Charles Miller (aka "Pancho Villa") during the years 1964-74 and released legendary tracks by groups like The Shaynes, The Couriers, and Little Duck and The Drakes. On the other side of the Susquehanna River, Stan Deppen was operating Dee-Bee (DB) Recording Service during the same period. His operation recorded everything from high school marching bands, industrial presentations, and even funerals! Along the way, he recorded some local garage bands who's 45s have become holy grails among 60s garage 45s collectors. These groups, such as the Loose Enz, and The Romans are included in this set. Rare photos and group histories are included within the 24-page booklet
