ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Attention music lovers: We are in an era of gritty conflux and there must be an outlet for it. The String Fingers band has been supplying a daily dose of musical medicine for a solid three years, enduring us all through the sands of time. Songwriters' Dan Tressler (Vocals, Fiddle, Mandolin, Guitar, Banjo) and Dan Carlucci (Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin) take an eclectic approach through a unique path of the American Roots Music evolution. They are on the verge of reclaiming American Country Music to it's true form. Instrumentalist Dave Kaye brings life to the original music with flares on Dobro, Banjo and Pedal Steel Guitar. Ryan McAdams takes an American Jazz Studies background and rotates the wheel counterclockwise to feed the hills of Appalachia. Rob Bonaccorso, the American Rock and Roller, takes a breath in between drum fill one and drum fill two to discover the initial, primitave rhythm that started music as we know it. String Fingers are a "Door is Wide Open" kind of band..If you can imagine that...Then step inside.

Don't miss this one!
OK...you're looking for some great, "rootsy" music that is void of pretense and artificial fillers, right? ...Then you've definitely come to the right place with this album! DD&D, ( That would be Dan, Dave & Dan to those of you not yet "in the know") have cooked up a really fine album here that is not slave to a singular style, but instead crosses musical borders & genres with a suave ease. I love this album and bet that you will love it also...Great, original tunes, fine picking and heartfelt delivery... in a word: Perfect.
