Album Notes
Strings of Victory travels throughout the region singing and playing traditional gospel music in a bluegrass style. We accompany ourselves with authentic acoustic instruments. A rhythm guitar, 5 string banjo, mandolin and upright bass provide a rounded instrumental ensemble to back up to the tight harmonies. We perform old standards as well as our own original songs.

This album contains four of our original gospel songs: There's a Land, Emmaus Road, Jericho and On Your Darkest Day. There is a second version of There's a Land which has a retro, scratchy record sound for the introduction. There are two instrumentals, a soulful rendition of The Old Rugged Cross and an upbeat version of Grandfather Clock which contains a bass lead break. The album concludes with a simple short gospel message.

This is down home, grass roots authentic gospel music from real, simple folk who care about the music, message and ministry.
