Album Notes
We had spent quite some time on finishing this album. We took our time on writing it because this album had been a very personal to all of us. From the music, all the way to the lyrics. Most of our lyrics are about social politics. Basically we are not trying to teach people about politics, but we wrote a lot about our experiences living in the 3rd world country like Indonesia, from lack of government all the way to losing friends. With this, we're hoping to a better future for everyone. Also since 3 of our members are from Indonesia, you'll find songs which were written in Indonesian language or both English and Indonesian. We used some Indonesian instruments, but unfortunately we couldn't use them all in this recording. All songs are written and recorded by the band.
Besides songs about social politics, we have a song called Home which we collaborated with Indonesian reggae artist Ras Muhamad. Very proud of it, not just because we collaborated 2 kind of music together, the lyric is very personal. All of us being away from the places we were born, it's a personal message to everyone to not give up.
