ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Introducing Sue McCreeth
Sue McCreeth has been compared to the great singer-songwriters Joni Mitchell and Laura Nyro. Like these writers she is influenced by jazz harmony and many other genres of music. Her songs cover a wide range of dramatic scenarios, from the evolving state of a single human and her relationships, to the dilemmas of planet earth in her own time. She is a highly acclaimed vocalist and composer of creative sound tracks. She writes and performs in a variety of styles, and her influences can be clearly heard in her songs: classical, avant garde, rock, soul, jazz, folk, world music and blues. Her collaborations include the band Infinite Sunday and Joe Mulholland (Professor of Harmony at Berklee College of Music, USA), and Larion Stolk. Her songs are used as teaching material within Berklee. She has released six critically acclaimed albums and has over two dozen critically acclaimed original songs to her name. Her music with the band Infinite Sunday has over half a million views on Facebook. She has twice received honours at The International Songwriting Competition.
