Album Notes
Sue Neufeld-Ellis has taught and practiced meditation for 20 years. She found that people lacked consistency, when practicing meditation, to experience the benefits. They would often feel anxious or get discouraged in the beginning, so to make this an easy and enjoyable transition, she teamed up with world-renouned musical artist, Stephen Halpern, and produced the CD 'Serenity Through Meditation'. The two meditations, tracks two and three, potentially allow the brain waves to move to an Alpha-Theta state through Sonic and Voice Entrainment Technology.
You can experience a deep, calming relaxation in a non-ordinary state of consciousness that is like a gentle place between being awake and going to sleep. The helpful introduction teaches one how to start a meditation practice.

Thumbs up!
Simple and easy to use for relaxation and meditation. To use most effectively suggest you order the introduction[track 1] before trying track 2&3.
