Melodic and Heartfelt
Suki Rae is certainly an intriguing musician. On I Think of You, Suki displays a keen sense of melody as well a knack for displaying creative textures in the arrangements. The keyboard passages are both captivating and soothing as they amplify the touching messages in each song. The gentle flute touches add a mystical quality which makes this music unique.

Whereas rockers like I'm A Survivor and There's Nothing More to Say have a nice edge to them, it's the ballads that really speak to me. I Think Of You and Take Me Home are filled with gorgeous piano runs, passionate vocals, and lyrics that yearn for true love.

Truthfully, I Think Of You proves that Suki Rae is a talent to be reckoned with. She has many talents as a songwriter, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist.

Versatile !
Suki’s style crosses genres drawing from varied influences including rock, pop, jazz, world, comedy, instrumental and even gospel. Her latest eight-track collection focuses more on rock and pop but other versatile sounds are subtly incorporated into her music. Suki is the producer of this CD that ranges from edgy rock tracks to expressive ballads. This album is an eclectic mix with shades of the mystic. 'I'm A Survivor' is a dramatic soundscape that showcases Ray on both flute and piano. Stirring percussion blends with a soft bass line that is overlaid with stronger guitar chords. This passionate piece has an almost international flavor thanks to the expressive wind instrumentation. 'There is an Angel Watchin' Over You' has a whimsical world flavor melding maracas, the bongos and the trumpet amid angelic key work. The trumpet also gives the song a cool jazz vibe. Suki Rae shines diversely and brightly on I Think of You!
