This music is dedicated to the life of William Rivingston. From his voice came a century of music, and from his heart came the message of family, friendship, & love. The bulk of Groove Vultures was recorded in a total of four live recording sessions. Sessions 1 & 2 in 2010 at Strong Branch Studios in Long Branch, NJ. Then session 3 &4 were later recorded in Feb. of 2012 at Jankland Recording Studio in Toms River, NJ. These sessions were live and later overdubbing persisted from 2012-14. at Think Records/ Strong Branch. At these sessions over 24 songs were recorded so the remaining tracks will be included on the next release. Sunny Daze would like to thank Felice Fabiano for the incredible illustrations that visually represent the organic vibe of this recording. Thanks to the rest of our visual arts dept. Dan Beams for the GV graphics & logo designs, & Adam Kenter for your consultation. Huge thanks to Steve Jankowski our recording engineer at Jankland. Sunny Daze is very appreciative for all the dedication, talent, and originality, from all of our contributing members but especially to our producer Thorp Rivingston & co-producer Jesse Urmey. Your tireless work doesn't go unnoticed. Super thanks to our photographer Alyssa Grimm & Jeff Grim for web hosting. Sunny Daze would especially like to thank all of our families for being so supportive of our musical endeavors, as well as the sacrifices they have made (..and continue to make) for our band to create original music together. We appreciate all of your love & patience; Scottie, Roxanne, Casey, Leslie, Sandra, Kristy, Sarah, Jodi, Marley, Paisley, Wes, Sunny, Lola, Rosie, Dominique, Niama, Jannah, Stephanie, (Baby Joe P. coming soon!), and all of our parents, siblings, and extended family for their contributions as supportive people. We are so very appreciative of each other and feel blessed to play in such a creative project. Thanks to all of our friends & fans that come out to see us, buy our music, and support us along the way. We love you. For more info go to:
