Album Notes
Dada Screeology is like a sound track to a movie about making a recording of a soundtrack that is like a free for all college radio program. There's some classic Gearhead Freaks music here "Spider Ride" and a pretty ballad co-written and performed with Marci Geller called "Let The Rain Wash It Away" and a very philosophical folk piece called "The Questions Keep Getting Deeper" co-written with WUSB 90.1 FM's own DJ and formidable guitarist Jim Dexter. Not only that, it contains a spiffy ecological mini rock musical I co-wrote with author, musician Nigey Lennon about a certain mountain. Some of you Zappaologist out there would know him as Billy... And you may have wondered whatever happened to Billy after his short-lived success in the early 70's? Well for one, some of his friends started calling him Willie. The rest is history and it's not a pretty picture. Buy this CD to find out more!

Won't bore your ears
This is an awesome CD. Questions Keep Getting Deeper is a beautiful tune that suspends time. Star, Smile, Strong is a funny, nostalgic tune with a Harry Nilsson vibe. Spider Ride is a kick ass rock tune with a great vocal from Gearhead Freaks' Gian DiMauro. Let The Rain Wash It Away is a spot on ballad ready for a Disney film with Marci Geller and John Tabacco turning in polished performances (nice vocal blend). The Willie The Hill musical is totally bizarre but the energetic music and Nigey Lennon's libretto are tight and to the point - A Mountain is something you don't want to f**k with! Most of this disc is all intertwined by fast, surprising edits that are very absurd. Definitely a keeper if you are looking for a CD that won't ever bore your ears.

For those who love Billy The Mountain...
The mini rock musical Willie The Hill is a clever send up of Frank Zappa's Billy The Mountain. But instead of parodying the Zappa classic, Tabacco and Nigey Lennon have come up with some fresh sounding songs that move Billy right on up to the present. It would be quite a feat to bring this little musical to the stage but it works well on CD. The other material on this disc is well crafted and stands on it's own. Faves: Spider Ride and Cold Days Hard Ways.
