Album Notes
This CD features many of the fine musicians who once lived at 21 Walnut Ave in Stony Brook, NY. What has been said about it's two other sibling CDs i.e. It's Out There. and Go Figya, can be said of this disc as well. It's a funny eclectic mix of pop and rock and some cartoon. There are a lot of strong melodic ideas and the production level is high. The songs were written and recorded very fast so there is an immediacy about them that is not always easy to get. Another interesting thing is around this time my musical partners were starting to go their separate ways. So basically here are some of the last collaborations I would have with Nick DiMauro, Meryl Mathews, and Teddy Kumpel. A lot of bang for your buck on this CD!

I don't like smoking but I like this music.
A friend turned me on to this CD while I was on vacation. She kept playing Roll Off Kabloona and I could not get the song out of my head! She gave me the CD and I was blown away. All the songs go from one to another like a musical or something. Each piece is sort of different (style wise) but John Tabacco's voice ties it all together. I never heard of him before but if his other CDs are as cool and funny as this one, then he's got a new fan. I don't like smoking but I like this music. Wow!
