Album Notes
"So Good To Come Home To" was originally released by Valley Vue Records in 1993. Climbing up the charts, it was played in regular rotation on Contemporary Jazz/Quiet Storm radio in more than 100 US Cities, and listed in the Gavin Report and R&R as a "must listen". This CD is an excellent view of the time capsule of 1993 Contemporary Jazz, with classic performances by the legendary saxophonists Gerald Albright and Glen Myerscough, trumpeter Michael (Patches) Stewart, with vocals by Tad Sisler as well as duets and solo performances by the great Brenda Lee Eager, and rare cameo percussion performances by the legendary drummer Teri Lyne Carrington.
