Album Notes
Tattoo is a long-lived, well-travelled band, which began in 1978 in Berkeley, California, has migrated to Oregon, Alaska, and finally settled in New Hampshire. We've always played rock'n'roll on acoustic instruments, and it has been our mission to play our music our way. We call it folksoul, because it's America's folksoul that we are a contributing part of,
Our latest album, One More Time, has five original songs on it, and a mix of cajun, Motown, dixieland, which all makes sense when you listen to it! The band has a cohesive, original sound, led by two horns, built on stand-up bass and drums, and embellished with keyboard or accordion. We love to play for dances, and our music sounds that way. Check it out and enjoy!
