Album Notes
"Swirling, powerful vocals. A haunting soundtrack.

Flowing freely from in-your-face to ethereal, these are songs that you just can't get out of your head. Liquid tunes with a wonderful, moody ambiance." - (Northeast Performer).

"This album was written while Jennifer played for rent money in the subways and streets of Boston and Cambridge. The result is a collection of passionate, oblique yet earthy tunes evoking the styles of Sarah McLachlan, Tori Amos and PJ Harvey." - (Boston Globe)

Released in 1997, Dig This Thing was received enthusiastically, garnering a Boston Music Award Nomination for Outstanding Vocalist, a spot in the finals of the Lilith Fair Talent Search and the Discmakers Independent Music World Series.

Dig This Thing was also named one of the year's best local releases by The Boston Globe!

catchy lyrics...driving melodies, you will paly this often!
Jennifer Tefft is no slouch and neither is this album. All of Jenn's albums are worth having. Most debut albums are mediocre...this one shows talent...and promise for a rising star.
