ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Telling Stories is the songwriting duo of Julie Nolen and Terry Dossey, backed by their band and accomplished musical friends from every genre of music in Austin, Texas. "Dirty Little Secrets" is Julie and Terry's second album containing 14 original songs about loves found, lost, and wrecked on the shores of lies, misunderstandings, duplicity, neglect and secrecy. Telling Stories writes in nearly every genre of music (Funk, pop, rock, Latin, classical, Americana) but the stories are always brutally introspective (sometimes comically) about love, loss, and the human condition. Pop the CD in for an hour of tears, laughter and a few songs you can dance to. Enjoy!

Incredible album
The first one was awesome, this one is even better. Julie has an incredible voice.
The accompanying musicians and vocalists are perfectly paired with Terry and Julie to enhance yet not overpower them.
The songs are well written, ones I gladly sing along to in my car much to my daughter's dismay :)
I highly recommend this album.
