Album Notes
"The dictionary defines Americana as, 'things associated with the culture and history of America, especially the United States.' Well if that is the case then The Appleseed Collective is real Americana. I figured out sort of a mathematical equation last night- it's like Satch plus Django plus Joplin plus Bob Wills plus a little Bill Monroe, but the sum is actually greater than the parts." -WBEZ

The Appleseed Collective delivers a walloping punch of intimate songwriting, tasty musicianship, and romping arrangements, showcasing their instrumental virtuosity and tightly-woven vocal harmonies. The Tour Tapes EP is a glimpse of this hard-touring band of working musicians in action - capturing the edge-of-your-seat feeling of being in the club with them as they swing, stomp, slither, and sway through this collection of original music.

Great Music
Wonderful selection of intimately live songs that really show the direction of where these guys are heading musically. Please treat yourself to a listen of this, or any of their albums. Oh! and if these guys roll through your town, go see The Appleseed Collective at any bar, restaurant, festival, or arena that you may find them.
