Album Notes
The Aquatudes are a surf-rock trio based in Central Connecticut. Formed in 2007, the band has played throughout Connecticut and in NYC and Newport, Rhode Island. The band consists of Tom Bittel on guitar, Dick Bascom on Drums, and Mike Rocchetti on bass. Part-time Aquatude Dr. Dave Bittel plays with the band during the summer months and contributed keyboard parts to four tracks on the album. The band performs original instrumental and vocal songs, as well as some carefully-selected covers.

"Unsafe at Any Speed!" was recorded at Dad’s Noisy Basement, in West Hartford, Conn., from spring of 2010 through spring of 2012. The 12 original instrumental tracks were produced and engineered by Tom Bittel and mastered by Rich Silva at RASer Studios in Meriden, Conn. Cover and disk art by Tom Bittel.
