Album Notes
We call it Traditional Texas Country Music from a Singer/Songwriter with a Honky Tonk band.

Casey was born and raised in Texas and lived and played here his whole life. The first album "7-Shot" was a stripped down acoustic EP done with T-Roy Miller. This is simple and pure with vocals and acoustics. It is raw and not processed and comes as close to sitting on the couch with the players as you can get.

The first studio album is “Down the Road” and it contains a full studio version of some of the same songs as the EP, but also adds five more. This album was recorded in Austin with some help from Ray Benson from Asleep at the Wheel, Lloyd Maines, Max Stalling, and Mary Cutrufello, T-Roy Miller, and Flashpoint Studios.

The second album is “Feel at Home” and was recorded in Fort Worth and was an honor to be able to record with our touring band and friends. Allen Evens, Stephen Watson, Gene Scott, Kyle Redd, Bodie Powell, Steven Lamb, and Larry Dillon all contributed to this project that was truly a labor of love. Some of the album art work came from a show we played in Luckenback and the last song on the album “That’s the Reason” was written one night on the road in between recording sessions and added at the last minute before press. Another song on this album started life as a Mary Cutrufello song and Casey’s version is departure from the original. Both artists have recorded the song – get both and compare!

The next album is in the works. Watch for it soon!
