ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The View From The LBC is the culmination of the experiences of The ComeUnity Band in this Southern California harbor city. the album takes it's cues from artists as diverse as Bob Marley, Burning Spear, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer, Augustus Pablo, Freddy McGregor, Sizzla, Max Romeo, Israel Vibrations, Mad Professor, Culture, The Congoes, Scientist, Black Uhuru, and soooo many others, but it's never a simple copycat production. The ComeUnity Band is proud to say that it is an originator and has influences from all genres and nationalities as Roots and Jah Music should. enjoy!
