Album Notes
Propinquity is the first recording by James and Loretta McKinney as The Golden Griffon Stringtet. Featuring hammered dulcimer and fiddle with guitar accompaniment, The Golden Griffon Stringtet is pleased to present a variety of their favorite tunes from the Irish and Contra Dance traditions.

Loretta's dulcimer was made by Bob Tack of Delton, Michigan.

Cover design and original artwork by Honi J. Hartz of Grosse Ile, Michigan.

Recorded at Brayton & Sons Productions of Coldwater, Michigan.

All tunes are traditional except Tamlin by Davey Arthur, 1974, and Lost In A Fog by Jim McKinney, 1993.
