Coming Home

by The Grimm Generation

Coming Home deals with the themes of sex and loss with songs that speak of unspeakable crimes [Blink, I'm Gone], base desires [Your Body Betrays You], unwanted homecomings [Coming Home], questions of "what could have been" [Brooklyn Good] and the only act that matters [Come to Me]. Adam Hagymasi's deft production and playing frames these tales in reverb guitars, minimal drums and careful arrangements which has created songs that are quirkier and more expansive in their story telling style. It is as though The Grimm Generation evolved, grew up, stretched, and found their cadence.

Album Notes
What started as emails became conversations, became songs. What started as a date became a small revolution. What started in Windsor has grown beyond its borders, online and live, national and international. And experiences along the way became the roots of the The Grimm Generation's release, Coming Home.

Coming Home is a collaboration between The Grimm Generation [Carmen Champagne and Jason P. Krug] and Adam Hagymasi [Daytonville Express], who recorded it and played most of the instruments. The carnal tale telling of The Grimm Generation is matched by Adam's layered, deep tracks to create The Grimm Generation's finest recorded release to date.
