ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
" Straight Grown Folks Music"! The smoothness of Sade, mixed with the flavor of Donald Byrd, capped off by the Chillness of a late October breeze. The Sound is very Ecclectic (Hence the name) in the state that group pulls from so many different influences. With Extraordinary Live Sax Work by Ed Greene, lacing a majority of the albums cuts, mixed with the Versatility of Music Producer and Engineer Derek " Delinz" Linzy, who's interwoven artistry of Soul and Jazz Chord arrangements, really gives this project some spice.

One of the most signature sounds of Ecclectic Soul, are the beautifully laced Vocalists who contribute to most of the "Hook" parts of the songs. Led by a talented team from all walks of life including Erica J. Smith, Geneva Lerner, Zaneta Ogar, Kenzi Randol, Elicia Boykins, and spoken word delight from Shaya Robinson.

From the anthem driven opening cut of "Zana", to the Fusion filled wonderland of "Apollo", jumping speeds to the brilliant Solo Sax Performance by Ed Greene on "Floatin", while transcending to the Steppers delight's on both "Relax" and "Venus, Fly so High" , This Debut album is platform of Lush Smooth Soulness, That will have you walking away feeling their vibe in some way shape or form. "Step into Their world"!
