Since 2009 we have been creating stress-busting guided meditations and visualizations for relaxation, health, healing and enlightenment. Every meditation is produced with genuine care and love for those people who use them, because we too, have needed the kind of help these recordings provide and understand the importance of this.

For best results we recommend listening to at least one of our meditations each day. It is said that just ten minutes of deep relaxation can equate to an hour or more of deep R.E.M. Sleep. Regular use can have a cumulative effect which over time can lead to a much calmer over-all demeanor.

To many of us in the western-world, the word “meditation” is often associated with a certain false stereotype image. It is often thought of as something that requires great skill, patience and a ton of dedication, which can make it feel unachievable to us.
Many will think the idea of meditation as being dull or tedious and will quote the words “I can’t meditate”, as if it were some rare magical blessing only bestowed upon an elite chosen few!
We know this because all three of us who run The Honest Guys have all held that exact stereotypical view. You know the one we mean; That image of strangely dressed folks sitting cross-legged on the floor chanting weird words and tripping-out on some hallucinatory astral conjuration, whilst trying to figure out the meaning of life.

Thankfully, “meditation” is nothing like what many of us think it is, and that stereotype could not be further from the truth or reality.
Meditation, to us, is simply the act of allowing your body to go into a very deep state of relaxation. If done regularly, it can can have a cumulative effect and has been scientifically proven to provide some amazing benefits to your health and well being, often with very positive life-changing results.

Fortunately you can easily achieve that very deep state of meditative relaxation by using “Guided Meditations”. You don’t need any effort, skills, training or even patience to achieve it; Just an ability to sit back, chill-out and listen through headphones, just as you would whilst listening to music.
