Album Notes
“SuperSmooth!” It’s finally here! To say that the boys feel a great sense of relief over this accomplishment would be the ultimate understatement. Believe it or not, most of this album was recorded back in 2008–2009. However, before it could be completed, the project had to be shelved as health issues plagued the group – and their families – for a number of years.

With the band frequently short-handed, Christopher took charge and rebooted the project in 2012. Over the next few years, he worked off and on to patch together the available recordings, and to form tracks that were release-worthy. Only one song – “I Lose Again” – would end up requiring overdubs. Thanks to a good friend – Sean Patton – the song finally received the guitar solos that it deserved toward the end of 2015. Shortly thereafter, the last vocal overdubs were added to fill in the remaining gaps, bringing the recording phase to a merciful end.

In the latter half of 2016, the group was fortunate enough to catch the ear of Grammy-nominated mix engineer, Blake Eiseman, who liked their sound and agreed to mix the album. With Christopher assuming the role of producer, they had initial mixes ready by early 2017 (the final mixes would come months later). The result of their efforts is absolutely stunning. From “Number One Single” to “Rockin’ with You One More Time,” the album does not fail to impress. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy “SuperSmooth!” Thank you for your support!
