Album Notes
This album was recorded live, on reel to reel tape. The entire recording is done analog. Featuring the sound of classic gear such as a true 65' Fender Super Reverb, the famed Midas mixing console and Sony reel technology, the end result is a retro sound which mimics vinyl sound in a CD format.

Designed to sound recorded in the late 70's, the live in the same room approach was used on many of the classic rock recording you know and love. The analog sound results in superior drum and bass sounds, creating a record you cannot wait to turn up. This is a record made by audiophiles, for audiophiles - or anyone who appreciates that legendary rock & roll sound.

The Legendary Goodtimes are Matty J (vox and guitar), David Moore (vox and bass), and Mark J Anderson (drums). Hailing from Southern Oregon, the band travels up and down the west coast and has opened for the likes of .38 special, Mothership, Diemonds, Gypsyhaw as well as regional favorites such as The Seaons, Tallboy, Dryseason, Jive Coulis and more.

Recorded high, on a mountain, at Bluejay Audio Production Services in Jacksonville, Oregon

Some listener reviews:
“If you were to take Southern Rock, Soul, and blues and throw it in a mixer with a little bit of 50’s and 60’ rock and a whole lot of whiskey, it would go by the name Legendary Goodtimes.”
- Axe Man, WORDKRAPHT (Dec 05, 2012)

“As of this writing, I've had the album for about 24 hours and have listened to it 6 times already. Yeah, it's that damn good.”
- The Ripple Effect (Sep 23, 2013)

“Excellent rock sound, like rock should sound. Very authentic recordings, bringing out the groovy raw sound of your music. Great work, really enjoyed listening.”
- PHYNIXX (Band from Pretoria, GP, ZA), ReverbNation (Jan 15, 2014)
