Excellent CD!
I love this CD! This music is perfect for that drive through winding, back country roads on the perfect, sunny day or for simply curling up on a Sunday afternoon with a hot cup of tea. Lizzie Harrah's vocals are gorgeous. She has that smooth, earthy, bluesy voice that makes you feel the story she's telling you. If I had to pick one favorite from the CD, I'd have to choose "Little Things" but "Da Da Da" was another I loved. It made me cry, to be honest. It's about a father's love and how he protects his family, but it could also just as well be about husbands (well, good, loving husbands). I had a husband like that, who took care of everything around the home to make sure I was always cared for and happy. I lost him not so long ago and that song just brought it all back to me and had me missing him so much. Definitely add The Madisons to your music collection, you won't be sorry.
