Ken and Jessica Olson are American singer-songwriters who currently live in France. The Olsons love to sing, whether in concert or with their kids just before bed. “Speed the Word” is a new anthem for Bible translation, dedicated to the 2000 language groups around the world who do not have a single verse of Scripture in their mother tongue. It is the theme song for the radio program “Speeding the Word” from JAARS.
The song features Ken’s fingerstyle guitar, Bill Murk on violin, Garth Justice on drums and percussion, and John Willis on mandolin, banjo, and high-string guitar. Dove award-winning co-producer Terry Franklin worked with engineers Justin Kropf from Daywind Music and Logan Peck from Peck Music to bring it all together.
