ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Singing Children of Africa are joined on this track by Barbara Bryceland and Chris Judge creating a unique sound.
The children all come from a very poor village in Kenya and recorded this track on a very memorable cultural, educational, and music tour of Scotland in 2015. The children aged between 8 and 13 years all come from the Jolaurabi School which is run by the charity Educate the Kids. Whilst none of these children would have had the opportunity to have schooling without this charity the music comes from their souls, and uplifts the listener.
It is important to note that they are not a choir but a singing group who touch the hearts of all those who see and listen to them and it is also worth a mention that they notably brought the Scottish Parliament building to a standstill when they performed this track in June of this year. This is not a polished sound, they are children, and they are African!
All money from any purchase will go directly to helping provide school lunches, the charity has no paid officers, so the money goes to where is matters most...helping children who needs it
