Album Notes
The Tone Stonies are a greasy San Francisco rock'n'roll band. Descriptions make them uncomfortable. Sometimes they break out in a rash. Don't worry - it's not contagious. Their new album is called "Needle in the Tone Arm". It's even scarier than their previous global breakout hit "Absolutely Freaks".

The band play super high energy, authentic, psychedelic, screamin' rock'n'roll to the highest musical and performance standards and has developed a loyal following of appreciative freaks the world over. Their albums are recorded in world class pro studios using the absolute best, vintage analog and state-of-the-art digital equipment and then mixed/mastered accordingly. They sound BIG and FULL and POWERFUL, especially when played LOUD on a proper stereo system with the biggest/best speakers available. This is music you can disappear into. It's a wildly varied 51 minute sonic adventure guaranteed to take you places you may never have been but will be eager to return to time and again.

As always this new record sounds MUCH better than the band looks - and they now look far worse than ever before (if that's even possible).
