Album Notes
The Wag Bio:

An upbeat four piece based in Middletown, New Jersey, The Wag feature vocal harmonies at the forefront of their sound. Their unique style varies from blues to pop to rock. With three alternating lead singers, there is a different feel to every song.

The evolution of The Wag’s songwriting is evident on their brand new CD, Soundtrack to a Silent Movie. This full length release shows emotional maturity from a band that has been together for over eight years.

After years of performing at clubs, theaters and festivals, The Wag are seasoned professionals. This hard-working band has enjoyed local success on radio and television, as well as opening for national acts. The Wag has recently added an acoustic set to their repertoire, further diversifying their sound and allowing them to reach a larger audience.

Fan
I heard The Wag live when they so generously donated their time for free to help my Dad who was in a severe motorcycle accident and they are excellent muscians and people! Everyone should experience their music and help someone who helps others as they do!

Great stuff
This band is a local NJ band that really should be something more. The remind me a lot of The Band in how they perform together. The voices and harmonies mix well amd the music mixes different styles to come up with an original sound that sounds like the WAG.

Another Amazing Album From The Wag!
Probably one of The Wag's hardest rocking albums. There are some fantastic hooks that will get caught in your mind as well as some epic musicianship. There is a great diversity on this album with recognizable nods in the direction of many of the worlds most famous rock and pop bands.

silent movie
this is a great cd by a super group of talented musicians, who also have a big heart. the production is very professional and the track "everyday" is a solid hit. the harmonies are terrific (thanx to alicia) and brian sounds like stevie ray vaughn on some tracks. (one of my fav singers) keys add alot, and drums and guitar are well placed, professional and masterful. this is a must for your collection and is a perfect fusion of pop, rock and blues. good luck to the wag in 2008 keep rockin ! peace out, joe hughes and goldenseal

A Little Bit of Everything
This album from the Wag quite possibly has a little bit of everything. From the cute little ditty "C.C. Surf" to the hauntingly identifiable "I Know Now" to the darker "Anxiety", "Fear" & "Despair", the band captures different emotion. I, personally, am torn between this album and "Returning Traveler" as my own fav. Long Years is my favorite ballad-style song from this fantastic foursome.
