Album Notes
The Wieners are a traditional Rock'n'Roll/Rockabilly trio that play both hits and raritities, by Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Everly Brothers, Johnny Burnette, Roy Orbison and many more. The band was formed in the south of The Netherlands, in 2007. Since then they've grown to be one of the most popular Retro-bands in their country, touring over 100 times a year across Europe.

Their CD 'Just Like Buddy Holly' was - of course - a tribute to Buddy Holly and his band The Crickets. It got them great reviews, several theatre-shows and coverage on Dutch and Belgian national TV and radio.

Now they're back wit a live tribute to The Everly Brothers! Recorded for a live audience of Everly-followers.

The Wieners aim to preserve the music from the fifties in its most authentic way. Swinging Rockabilly and slow tearjerkers all sound just like your old vinyl 45s in a Wurlitzer-jukebox!
