Album Notes
Can new age or ambient be played live and still keep their charm? Many great artists in past, from Kitaro to Yanni, from Mike Oldfield to Vangelis, proved it. And so here we are as well: this CD is recorded live. We have decided not to include the audience sounds in it as it would have spoiled some of the delicate soundscapes and atmospheres. This is mostly improvisational music in perfect TWM style, recorded in different moments and with a changing setups from time to time. We also decided to keep the recording as it was, so we ask your forgiveness if quality is not always perfect. You may even find some minor “glitches” we intentionally didn’t cut. Why? Because when we TWM first started to work on this CD we wanted to make something completely different from everything else produced so far by us. We especially wants you to “feel” what’s behind the scenes of our compositions, and let you experience (more than just listen) the “live” music warmth of our fresh new tracks and not just the music of the hits you already know. In “Breathe” we have recorded our live jam sessions and collected mostly new tracks for you to enjoy, with only one exception (“Romanza”).
This is an “intimate live” album and we are proud of it.

New age/ambient that I like
When I thought to a new age CD played live I thought immediately of the great Yanni. Then I started to play "Northern Aire" and even if is quite different from Yanni I understood this CD was for me. Going from new age to ambient, with some rock hint and celtic origins, is a collection of live recordings of TWM you cannot find anywhere else. I specially liked both recordings of "Northern Aire" and its reprise and "Dreamweavers" and I think every new age and ambient music lover will like it as I do. In a word: I love it.
