A Tribute to Swing Dancers
First, let me tell you that this live CD would not exist without you, the swing dancers. The fact is that I put this band together solely for you. I have the luxury to perform with some of the best swinging musicians that Chicago has to offer. We are not “puristic” swing musicians, but we know how much fun it is to play great sounding jazz that swings for people that feel the energy and give it back. We all love performing for you, and we therefor do our very best to make you dance your best. I truly believe that this CD is fun to dance to, and a great memory of an unforgettable night at one of the very last ballrooms that shows us how it was back then – when swing was king. Thank you to all of you that where there.
