ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Songs for Rest and Play" was originally released on cassette back in 2000 and has been re-released on CD in celebration of the Three of Cups' 25th anniversary. The songs, which are primarily in the public domain, are performed either a capella or with fiddle or guitar accompaniment. There are also two stories included. This recording is most suitable for children ages 3-8, and is set up so they can listen to just the upbeat tunes in the first half, or just the slower, calmer songs in the second half. Of course, you can also put it on shuffle if you want to mix things up!
