Album Notes
This album is the first time we decided we wanted to write a story to incorporate into the lyrics and music. We just find that a bit more interesting than a bunch of random songs about ourselves or attitudes or something.

So Cry Wolf is about a character going through a psychological breakdown. The character has begun to feel and experience things such as paranoia, isolation, dissociation, thoughts of suicide, and an overall dread and hatred for their life and existence.

The way we've written the lyrics and music is supposed to convey the WORST possible version of all these issues, the character is truly suffering, but there are much more mild versions of these issues that people and even some of the band members deal with every day. In some cases people do experience these extreme versions. The album isn't about anyone we really know but we still put a little bit of ourselves into the content, issues and thoughts we can relate to in some form or another.

We hope you find the journey of our character interesting and enjoyable. Thank you.
