Album Notes
When I was finalist in Lady Summertime jazz singing contest in Finland at 1999, I had a dream of publishing my own record one day. It took quite a long to make it happen, but finally here it is: the “Lady Day”.

I am not a pure jazz singer; I represent more the genre between jazz and pop like Michael Bublè. Music has always been my great ambition and sometimes it was my work too.

It’s easy to choose evergreens from the time when people took lot of efforts to make clear melodies. Along with those I took few newer songs which I thought fulfills the signs of classics like Lionel Richie’s “Hello” and “Home” from Michael Bublè.

I sing with my daughter Emma Van Morrison’s “Moon dance” –classic and Emma signs by herself a Finnish ballad “Minä olen muistanut” by Edu Kettunen. It is proud to say that singing talent will go on with my daughter.
