Album Notes
Tim has been leading kirtan/chant in the UK since 2006 and is a regular at UK Bhakti Festivals and Gatherings. 'Devotional Heart' is Tim's first chant CD and these original and contemporary chants joyfully blend ancient sanskrit chants with accessible western melodies. This CD is firmly rooted in the Bhakti tradition and the long, simple and profound chants encourage the listener to chant along and enter into a space of silence. With beautiful chants to Hanuman, Shiva, Krishna and Rama there is something for all Bhaktas here! The CD moves from deeply meditative to chants guaranteed to get you on your feet, driven by the dynamic percussion of Tabla Tom, who has played for many years in Goma as well as on tour with the likes of Krishna Das and Bhagavan Das. 'Devotional Heart' also features beautiful vocals from grammy-nominated Chloe Goodchild and Tara Walsh.

Reviews of Devotional Heart
'This is a truly beautiful piece of work. It touches the heart into an expansion and uplifts towards joy. Tim is deeply connected to love and shares this love through his creative and inspired work with song, sound and words. For hearts that are open or ready to open this offering will bring, expansion, peace, stillness...Tim's gift to the world deserves and is perhaps destined to be widely heard and received.' - Kay Baxter, Meditation & Yoga teacher

'Devotional Heart carries me through my emotions and by the end of Shree Ram I feel restored; stillness in my body and silence in my mind is regained. A special thank you Tim, for This Place/Hare Krishna: I frequently struggle with feeling the need to escape and this powerful chant has helped me to stay grounded on numerous occasions, transforming my restlessness into peace. On the day I bought your CD, my desk calendar read: ‘The existence of created things is the existence of God’ and I’ve placed it inside the CD cover, as I feel this collection of work is a beautiful example of the wonder of creation.' - Tracey Woodward

"I recently snapped up my copy of Tim's album, Devotional Heart, and was not surprised that I loved it so much. What I am delighted with, is the fact that it has reconnected me with my own devotional practice. I sing Tim's songs to my twin babies in their cots at bedtime, to my students when they are in Savasana, to myself when I brush my teeth and loudly in the car. Thank you Tim for moving your bhajans into our lives in the form of a little disc." - Rachel (Srividya), Yoga teacher

"Your wonderful music took me out of my mind. It so restores my body mind and spirit....this is such a gift. Thank you." - Jackie Kneeshaw

"Tim’s voice echoes the luminosity of true devotion and the passionate fire in the heart of a contemporary mystic, bringing us home to the source - silence" - Chloe Goodchild, Founder of The Naked Voice

Great Album
I downloaded Tim's album a few months ago, and it's a regular on my playlist. It contains tracks ranging from energising, get up and dance tunes to soft melodic vibes that lull me into a soft, relaxed zone. Thanks Tim!
