ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album is the result of fortunate coincidence and luck.
"In 2012, I was invited to play some days at a festival in Hungary", Danish musician Tim Lothar recalls. Here he encountered the famous Hungarian harmonica player Tamás Szabó. The sound of his harp instantly captivated and drew Tim in. Tamas began to accompany him on his solo concerts there. "We had fun, we drank a little and played a lot."
Tim returned to the festival the following year. They met - and once again they had magical moments of playing music together.
Then, in 2015, Tim was introduced to the excellent musicians of the Hungarian band Mojo Workings - the ensemble that Tamas has been part of since 2011. They all drank a little, played a lot, jammed together and had a great time. They ended up talking about creating a joint project. And so they did. These live recordings were made during their first tour in Hungary, titled "Traveling Blues Nights".
