ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Long regarded by his contemporaries as one of the best at what he does, Tim gives a tour-de-force of roots acoustic styles on this "live" disc. Playing bottleneck and Hawaiian slide guitars, finger-style guitar and mandolin, Tim moves effortlessly through traditional works ("Slide Guitar Rag", "Sportin' Life Blues") , songs by his contemporaries ("I Wanna Thank You, Baby" by Delbert McLinton) and a handfull of his own excellent songs, plus a hilarious running commentary on the music (and a musician's life).
