Underdogs & Thundercats

by Tin Pan

Tin Pan does a live set at the famous LoHo Studios. A rip-your-face-off 12-song album, cut in almost as much time as it takes to listen to. This is the full-on live show effect, in its prime.

Tin Pan do it again
They've done it again. I was concerned that when Jesse told me they had a top notch producer working with them on this album it would lose the roughness, the raw musical ability that makes these guys so great and the incredible way they all compliment each other's instruments, I feared it would end up being a polished object that I would never play, but leave in a cabinet, nice to look at but non-functional. I WAS WRONG, whilst it is a little more polished than the earlier albums, the essence of Tin Pan has been perfectly captured. If I have to pick a favourite track it has to be the first one, which is a great opening track for this album and really sets the scene for what is to follow. But there isn't a single track on this album I have skipped. Whilst the albums are great to listen to, only by seeing these guys live can you really understand their work, but if you can’t get to New York, buy this album, sit back and close your eyes
