Her original acoustic creations are influenced by a varied musical background that includes classical, pop, folk, rock, show tunes, choral music, and early music.

"...From complex melodies and lyrics to simpler 'catchy’ tunes, her versatility is endless...Intelligent, interesting and moving are words that come to mind...Tracy Jane Comer’s compositions are poetic, melodic, moving, thought provoking and soothing to the spirit...
- Midwest Bands

"Tracy Jane fits in the class of exceptional artists like Joni Mitchell, Judy Collins and even Joan Baez. This is heartfelt poetry with all the soul, sweetness and pathos that only a true artist can bring. The combination of expert guitar work and vocals on "Yellow Bike" are nothing short of amazing (I've seen her do this song live, and it is a remarkable thing to watch.) Her haunting, beautiful voice leaves the impression that she has taken a long journey, and returned to tell wonderful tales. Tracy Jane Comer is a top shelf performer."
-Jim Bohn, professional musician (Milwaukee, WI)

Tracy has several other releases on CDBaby including other individuals works (Second Wind, 2002, and Quietly There, 2004) plus an album as part of side project/folk trio Sticky Fingers with Michael Bryant and Damon Bourne (self-titled Sticky Fingers, 2002 release). See for more
