Album Notes
t.k. gardner began playing guitar at age 7 and hasn't put it it down since. he has played all over the country in situations from solo to big-band, rock and roll, to jazz, new age, to classical. after producing numerous albums for other artists, his self-produced cd "8 x 10" was released and represents a culmination of his production, composition and arrangement skills. it garnered widespread radio play all over the country.. he continues to write and perform music around the southern california area, and is currently writing music for a soon to be released solo guitar cd of his own compositions.

t.k. gardner plays a custom 8-string classical guitar designed and built in 1980 by stephen kakos, a guitarmaker who lives and builds in mound, minnesota. he also plays a 6-string classical guitar built by stephen kakos in 1999, and an electric/acoustic guitar built by Roger Sadowsky of New York.
