Album Notes
Every day life, when perceived as something that does not have the structure we force upon it, is
the most influential piece of art. The Noise Revival Orchestra Experience 13 members corral
those forgotten emotions, those instances and moments to find their artistic self. Sound, music,
noise are all subjective, but for an artist these instruments are muses for the grand picture. And
when just the right blend of sound, music, and noise collide the experience is inexplicably magical.
For the Noise Revival, these young artists further blur these lines by tapping into a musical
stream of consciousness on their debut E.P. , in pursuit of that intangible magic.
The latest loose knit line that connects chamber music with orchestral compositions like John
Corgliano's Circus Maximus and John Mackey's Red Line Tango, The Noise Revival Orchestra
Experience play music that is spatial, organic, Zen like and blissfully epic.
The Noise Revival Orchestra Experience draw influences from modern classical music’s compositional
flow from movement to movement. “Composer John Corigliano's symphony, Circus
Maximus, changed music for me”, claims Nathan. Stephen adds, “Compositions like Circus Maximus
and Philip Glass makes more sense to us. We aren’t a band. We aren’t musicians. We are
composers. And that is our approach creating music.” The importance of every section plays a
vital role to the overall piece, and to achieve different movements, the sounds and rhythms are
eclectic and experimental. Enamored with mood, compositional structure, atmosphere, and
sounds The Noise Revival Orchestra Experience paints a musical canvas of transparent moods,
alchemy of emotion and poignant lyrical messages.
Bored with indie pop escapism the band formed around the idea of exploration. An idea that
the 13 members of The Noise Revival Orchestra Experience are still developing today.

"...Intricate, spacious music with an impressive array of orchestral instruments,
TNROE blurs the lines between ambitious rock like Pink Floyd and honest-to-god
symphonies like John Corigliano’s, Circus Maximus."

"This is not an album of blood, sweat, and tears, but of desperation, imagination,
and the pursuit of that certain ethereal quality that all art tries to capture "

"One of the most melodic bands - dance punk rhythms and Strokes-y garage rock
over a rolling landscape of ethereal dream pop. They make garage rock sound

"The music is part art rock, part experimental pop, but mostly just transcendental.
Spatial ambience and funneled artistic creativity is met with a unique look at song

"An epic journey... dynamic, twisting, explosive blast of music... packs more into
an hour than some bands do a career."
- Punk
"Zen like atmosphere they create on tape, these songs are the much-delayed
notch-turners and barnstormers on a disc full of slow-paced, methodical and
dynamic epics, full of questions and without a single damned answer to be found."
- Capital City Free Press
“Creating huge slabs of rock that are at times droning and at others complex and
intricate...contains all out rock, dream-pop, ethereal moodiness, dancy stuff,
tempo changes galore,...I feel an earnestness, an honesty, a passion, a driving
force that gives them something more.”
- Independent Clauses
“This album will most likely grab your curiosity immediately... the band shows
promise. It is an album with some definite diamonds in the rough.”
“for pure music...With songs topping 10 minutes this is one of those acts that
could have done well in the 70’s prior to punk...”
