Album Notes
Weather and Women (2013) is Virginia native, singer/songwriter Todd Sansom's long-awaited follow-up to his 2009 "Come On" release. One of Nashville's most well-known live entertainers, Todd is also one of Music Row's most underrated songwriters. On Weather and Women, Todd mixes a variety of sounds and styles, from the driving almost Daughtry-esque intensity of "Good To You" to the Garth Brooks flavored ballad of a heartbroken farmer in Weather and Women, to the tongue-in-cheek poke at Music Row's missteps in a shuffle called "Don't Sell Out". The beautiful "Now You're Prayin" has an accompanying music video, with Todd's real life daughter who steals the show and will tug at your heart. You can link to the video from Todd's website, .
