Album Notes
"This Round Little World" CD is able to speak to the challenging times of life, but equally giving the listener a "faith lift." Todd says, "For this project I chose songs that I've written over the years that have the most meaning and healing quality to me. "I choose songs that have a positive and uplifting quality ...or if it is a sad song I want it to have some redeeming quality. There is enough negativity and darkness in the world, I don't want to add to it..."

One Listener States, " Todd's music and his performances are bound to make you feel better...his performances are an adventure into thinking beyond our boundaries, and his songs and voice have the ability to touch and heal your heart..."

Todd's description of the songs on "This Round Little World:"

"Goodbye my Baby" is my attempt at trying to capture the difficult task that every parent eventually faces as we learn to say goodbye, and release them to the world. "This Round Little World" was born out of my frustration and experience of people choosing sides and fighting over their view of God. "Teach us to Fly" is about the mystical connection that the earth and nature has with us, and what it has to teach us. "You and I" was a forth-wedding anniversary present to my wife.
"Since You've Gone Away" was written and always dedicated to my father who died when I was nine. I wrote this song when I was fifteen. Yeah... few years ago, huh?

"The Story You" is a reminder to all of us that we are never alone and that our soul cannot fail. This is one of my favorite songs...can I say that? "Little Old Me" is simply making fun of myself as I grow older...and wiser? We'll see about that. "Mystics Walk" an instrumental featuring one of my Native American flutes. The flute has magical qualities to makes my Spirit soar. "Roll on Mississippi" is about missing my friends that I left behind. "A Prayer for Healing" is primarily a chant that comes from the Sanskrit language. Loosely translated, it means to bring together or to unify the different parts of us into an awareness of wholeness. "Her Wyoming Sky" is written about a friend of mine (Deb), and her connection to the beauty and energy and Wyoming. "This Old Guitar" is John Denver tune that has always spoke to my heart. Thanks John!
